Last updated: July 10, 2026

These Terms of Use apply to the Diagnostix360 Android application and related public pages.

1. Purpose of the app

Diagnostix360 provides internet diagnostic checks and support-ready reports. The app is intended to help users understand possible Wi-Fi, DNS, local network, regional connectivity, service reachability, mobile network, and routing-related issues.

2. Indicative results only

Diagnostic results are indicative and depend on the user’s device, radio conditions, local network, ISP path, test targets, permissions, timing, and Android behavior. Diagnostix360 does not provide a certified network audit, legal certification, regulatory measurement, or guaranteed proof of ISP fault.

3. User responsibility

Users are responsible for interpreting reports carefully and sharing them only with trusted recipients. Reports may contain technical network information. Users should enable redaction when sharing reports outside their own organization or household.

4. Payments and subscriptions

Diagnostix360 may offer paid features, subscriptions, or one-time purchases in the future. If paid features are offered through Google Play, purchases will be processed through Google Play Billing according to Google Play’s terms and payment policies.

Diagnostix360 does not directly collect or store full payment card numbers or banking details. Purchase management, refunds, cancellation, renewal, and subscription controls may be handled through Google Play.

Availability, pricing, trial duration, and paid features may vary by country, platform, and app version.

5. No misuse

The app must not be used for abuse, unauthorized access, attack traffic, harassment, or activity that violates applicable law, network rules, or third-party rights. Diagnostix360 performs diagnostic checks and is not intended as a penetration testing, port scanning, or offensive security tool.

6. Availability and changes

Features may change over time. Some checks may fail or be unavailable because of device permissions, Android limitations, network filtering, endpoint behavior, DNS blocking, ICMP filtering, or third-party service availability.

7. AS IS and limitation of liability

Diagnostix360 is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Diagnostix360 makes no warranties that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every network environment.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Diagnostix360 will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business losses arising from use of the app, diagnostic results, reports, network decisions, ISP escalations, or reliance on measured values.
