Principles
- Local first: diagnostic reports and history are generated and stored on the device unless the user shares them.
- User controlled: users decide when to run tests, generate reports, and share reports.
- Redaction available: reports can reduce exposure of sensitive network and device details.
- No ads: the current app design does not include advertising SDKs.
- No sale of personal data: Diagnostix360 does not sell personal data.
Diagnostic network requests
The app may send diagnostic requests to selected DNS resolvers, public IP profile services, RDAP services, regional reference targets, and common service endpoints. These requests are used to create measurements such as delay, packet loss, DNS behavior, service setup time, and region-confidence labels.
Payments
Diagnostix360 does not currently process payments inside the app. If paid features are introduced later, the app will rely on Google Play Billing for payment processing. Diagnostix360 will not directly collect or store full payment card numbers or banking details.
Report sharing
Reports are shared only when the user chooses to share them through Android share options. Users should review reports before sending them to an ISP, technician, employer, or other third party.
